Bethany speaks to our students each year about her career path and gives them fantastic advice that she has learned over the years. One word of wisdom she always gives is that they should have their social media pages private and make sure anything that can be seen by the public is appropriate because hiring managers absolutely look at it.

Bethany also always talks about a personality test that all ceo students take - the DISC assessment. Moneta also uses this same assessment, among others, when hiring and putting together a team that will work together well.

Student feedback: “Thursday was definitely my favorite by getting to learn about someone who had a pretty straight path to being successful and really shows it can happen, it was a good visit and I really enjoyed how she talked about taking that leap of faith when it comes around because it could change your life for the better like it did for her.”

It is mandatory when on vacation that Bethany and her family, and anyone else on vacation with them, eat ice cream every night! Her favorite ice cream is salted caramel in a waffle cone.

We also want to give a shout out for CEO alumna, Lily Wilkinson, (Bethany’s daughter), for posting our videos to our TikTok page while the rest of us are unable to access it currently. Lily was our social media manger last year and is working closely with Kiley King, our current social media manager, to upload the videos Kiley & Mary Jones’ team are creating. We are so grateful!
