Students learned what it takes to run an organic vegetable farm - a lot of grit and favorable weather.
They even had the opportunity to harvest potatoes! This farm sells at the Tower Grove Farmers Market and they also have an online store that you can order from and pick up at their farm in Elsah.
We are truly so lucky to have them right here in Jersey County!
