Grafton had been hoping for a marina ever since the 60's when Joe's grandpa was the mayor. With Joe's background in engineering, and a lot of patience, they were able to make it happen!

Joe & Jan are no doubt a power couple and serial entrepreneurs. So much could be learned from these two from all of their experience of running businesses over the years.

We even had the chance to hear from their daughter, Laura Stemm, who is a boat broker. She talked about how at times her commute to potential clients involves taking a jet ski across the river to the Missouri side.

Did you know they offer a tour on their double decker Hakuna Matata Boat? "This was such a wonderful cruise! Everything was outstanding. The staff was so attentive to everyone on board!
