Bank of Calhoun County - President, Chris Simon. He also serves as the Chair for the Jersey County CEO Board Members.

Chis Simon lives by this quote. He is one of the most generous people you will meet.
Chris told the students about how the branch in Fieldon came to be during the flood of 1993. They originally planned for the location to be temporary.
🚁 Due to the flooding, they had to use a helicopter to bring over money from the other bank!
The town of Fieldon gathered 600 signatures to show their interest in having a bank and that was enough to have a permanent branch in Fieldon.
The Bank of Calhoun County began in 1898! Their motto is “common sense banking”. If you bank with them, then you know this to be true. His staff are always friendly and they know people by name.
Chris goes above and beyond for this program and was the student’s top customer for their class business. We cannot thank him enough for being the glue that holds this program together.
